RETURN OR REFUNDS

Melinda Cartmer Prints has a no returns policy. All sales are final and each artwork is printed upon ordering. Refunds will only be considered in the unlikely event that your goods are damaged upon receiving. PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

Shipping is included on all domestic orders within Australia. Lead time for printing is 5 to 7 business days and framing is an additional 1 to 2 weeks. During these current times (COVID), framing production has been pushed to 2 to 3 weeks. International shipping times & costs vary depending on where you live. PRICING

All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST at the checkout. Melinda Cartmer reserves the right to alter pricing without notice.

PAYMENTS

Payments may be made by Credit Card, Apple Pay or Paypal.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties charged by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to. Your package will not be released from customs until these payments are made.
